Opening Hours

Tourist traffic individuals Monday to Sunday, 6am to 24pm: office staffed. If your goods exceed the duty-free limit and the allowances, you can pay the taxes using the QuickZoll app, the self-declaration procedure or at the counter. Additionally, please take note of any bans, restrictions and authorisations. The importation of domestic animals must be declared to the customs office employees. Border crossing is permitted only with valid travel documents. For companies, stamping of ATA carnet in use possible. Outside staffed hours, the import of domestic animals and the stamping of ATA carnets are not possible.
